NAT AMI for aarch64

Network Address Translator(NAT) reaches the internet from an otherwise isolated part of the infrastructure. An instance in a private subnet can connect to an external endpoint via NAT. This Amazon Machine Image(AMI) provides a cost efficient NAT instance, which is way cheaper than AWS NAT Gateway. This debian(bullseye) based arm64 platform image(AMI) provides a cheaper option than equivalent x86 instance on AWS.

It was the first publicly available NAT AMI for aarch64 on AWS us-east-1 region.
